Description
The fifth and final subject for my series on FFX aeon pony crossovers, this is none other than Bahamut. Designing a "pony-fied" Bahamut proved a challenge, and I had to revise the sketch several times to make him appear less strictly dragon, and with a few more MLP elements. The symbol on Bahamut's flank is the elusive Bevelle Temple emblem, and the symbol on his shoulder is the (equally elusive) more complex, geometric emblem for Bevelle Temple.
Shading Bahamut also proved a challenge. I probably should have tried using inverted shading, it would have made the job a bit easier.
At any rate, here he is.

Amazing. :D I haven't gotten that far in FFX -is stuck on the scorpion-ish Sin spawn-, but Bahumet is a pain to beat in Crisis Core. D: Once you get him in the DMW, then he's pretty cool. :PMoonlightelf on February 2, 2006, 2:31:24 AM

i'd have to say that out of all your MLPs this is my favorite, i can see how hard trying to make him seem less dragon like would be, putting him in his overdrive stance helped him seem much more pony-like. anyway great pic.Hearsegurl on January 15, 2005, 3:12:48 PM
