A few months ago I hosted an anthro contest in our forums. Weighing the results took awhile, but when all was done and said, KFelidae's Red Baron occupied one of the top three spots in my view. So, as her prize, one request: KFelidae asked for a dragon based on a type of flying-wing aircraft. So, without further ado, meet the Stealth (or "Spirit") Dragon (wyvern, actually). Put a bit of thought into the matter and you should be able to determine which aircraft I inspired this dragon's design from....

Medium: Ebony and colored pencil

Wings_EbonStarBeautiful. :) I knew *basically* what it was right away -- mostly because it reminds me of the movie 'Stealth' and that crazy living plane, though I've only seen the previews for it-- because it really does look like the aircraft. Amazing job. :)

AngelKiteEveryone suddenly seems to have perfect English. Now why is that.
Ahem.Right.The comment. The picture is very realistic and claws are drawn excellently. It's amazing you have so much patience to draw the scales. The texture on the wings is awesome and I marvel at the colouring. You are very professional.
Above it all,I like the title of this picture. And I have absolutely no clue what type of plane this is.

Papercut_DragonAw, ish so cute. ^_^

I still don't understand how you can do all those li'l bitty scales without going insane. I like the one in the bottom right corner best, 'cause the top of the wings are awesome.

Moon_BindOne more thing, the top drawing doesn't show the 'beak' end of the dragon's mouth. And sory about the use of "Also" in the other comment ^^'

Moon_BindI don't understand anything about aircrafts but I can say that this dragon is sweet and I want one of my very own!
Noting other stuff... I've noticed that in the top drawing the shoulder of the wing is a bit to thick, comparing to the 'arm'. Also is the standing position the horn is too thick, at least comparing to the other two. Also the top drawing's horn is 'wavy' while the standing horn is straight. The head view drawing is awsome though and no problem with the horns here.
Well my fingers hurt now -_-' Have a nice day *favs*

KFelidaeHoohah!

I bow to you, Strata. A thousand times over.

Not only is the design beautiful, but the execution of the picture itself is wonderful. The basic outline even LOOKS like the aircraft. That must have been amazingly hard to do, but you pulled it off.

A giant thank you, and a lot more bowing... XD
