I had an idea... turning characters into MLP seems to be a catching trend recently, but for my work, it's so five minutes ago. So instead of doing that one more time, I turned the entire FF7 cast of main characters into LEGO characters! Cloud, Barret, Red, Aeris, Tifa, Cait Sith (sans his stuffed moogle), Yuffie (...is that a Materia?), Vincent, Cid, and even Sephiroth, complete with their weapons.
Argh. SO many things went wrong during the execution of this drawing -- for starters, due to a heavy work schedule, this took exactly two months to find enough time (12 hours) to work on the drawing. I have got to conquer that artistic block of mine.
This was the theme for my contest in the FAC forums, "Build Some Imagination". That contest is over now, but I still have to compare the entries and post the winners.
By all means, enjoy.

It's odd that my favorite ones are your least favorite. The same two, not just me liking, say, three and you disliking one. The same.
Thank you for responding on my profile, and for so much information (which I enjoyed comparing with the picture), but you never did answer my question. Are you or are you not a good writer? Not to be rude, of course. Just curious. So, restraining your impulse to be bias as much as possible, would you recommend your story?

Easily the best ones here (to me, obviously) are Tifa and Vincent, although the mere fact that you did a LEGO Sephiroth is just awesome.
Nanaki is really cleverly done, with his mane and tail. I also like the shading on the tail tuft. And the best part of Tifa... well, actually there are two best parts.
One is that the way you did her clothing is just so... so LEGOey, she's the one that makes it obvious that her clothes are 'painted' on.
Two is that this is probably the one and only form you can ever see her in where she isn't massively proportioned. XD
This is just too cool, man. Also makes we want to read your FF7 novel. Are you about equal in art and writing?
