DG'sama's request, her cute little impish creature critter, "Maverick", who appears sporadically throughout her FAC gallery.
And boy, does Maverick certainly look like a real gremlin here! Cute face, unfortunately his arms don't quite match the look. Would you believe it took me about ten minutes staring at three different reference pics to determine that Maverick actually has arms? I ended up drawing them in at the last minute before shading, up until then Maverick only had his wings and a set of legs to stand on.
But anyway, DG, here ya go.

That particular bit was semi-sarcastic. It's not entirely true, but it is what I felt like saying in my fit of disbelieving glee.And of course it's for DG, it says so right up there. I don't see what that has to do with anything, though. Just because it was a request doesn't mean you would be able to draw it. But, hey, whatever. Very nice picture.

Hahahahahah!! Strata, you drew a CHIBI!! Oh, man, I'd never have thought you capable of such a thing! It's just so sute!! You never draw cute things!! I always assumed that it wasn't your thing, and I hope you'll forgive me for saying so, but I didn't really think you could draw cute things! You proved me wrong, though, wow!!He's just so fuzzy! And his expression... XD I love it!! I love the white/blue turning quickly into brown/black, it looks really good. I wanna hug him!! Of course, he'd probably kill me if I did, but this is really adorable.
I apologise for ever doubting you. So cute. XD

lol the gremlin movie was one of my fave movies when i was like 6... XD this is so cute!!! O_o is it me...those wings are so cool! i wish i could do that...i draw lots of dragons and have attempted wings like that...but the closest i get is like blah...im working on 2 dragons right now where the wings are a little bit better then usual ^^ im happy bout that ^^ seriously though! this is a really neat little critter! kudos to DG-Sama fer making him/her up! and Kudos to you for making it look so neat in this picture!man...someday ill figure out how to draw wings like that...im still learning when it comes to wringles and shading and such...
