Michael Jackson, with chalk pastels (one of my most hated mediums).
I think he had a lot of talent, but I really feel sorry for him. He had such a rough childhood, he spent the rest of his life trying to make up what he lost, while at the same time trying to be as far away as possible from his father (so much so did all that plastic surgery!). There was a lot of skill in his music and dancing, yet you never feel like you connect with him. His songs were dead, and he turned into what people would describe a 'corpse,' both inside and out.
That, and it's hilarious to me how fast the media made a martyr out of him. When I was in sixth grade, the whole child molestation thing was at its peak. I don't think I went a single day without hearing a MJ joke. He was like the boogeyman of the time! So when I heard he died, I was actually mostly surprised by the media's reaction: how they instantly changed gears and praised him.

That's the press for you.He did have a hard childhood though at lest he isn't suffering anymore( though his father could stand a serious long over due karmic dog slapping...and where was Mike's mom in all this?)
Honestly I'd really like to know if those parents of his had any foresight to realize just how much they have hurt their children by putting them threw all of the crap they did.
though back to your drawing I think it's an amazing peice of art & looks fabulous
