That is shaping up to be a quite lovely and detailed owl. I can understand how after so many feathers and little golden glints in the yes it would be painful! If you ever do decide to finish him, perhaps as a long-term project, I am sure the final product would be a delight to view.

I have been working very hard as of late on detail- fur, feathers, and the like. This was a just a bit of practice on such small bits.
