Condemned. Skeleton and all.
He's a very complex character, and, in order to draw him right, you need to take time with him.
In animation (I'll talk about that one later) he has a lot of secondary action parts, which takes forever to redraw each frame over and over and over again.
I'm just going to come out and say this:
Condemned may be an awesome character. I may love him with all my heart...
but he is the most frustrating thing I've ever drawn (right up there with Knuckles).
... as for the animation...... yeah. I totally animated Another Dark Comic in animation class, but considering I didn't have my voice actors with me at the time (and I can't perfectly lip-sync just yet...) I had to turn it into a pantomime. BUT THAT'S OK. NIGHT OF THE WEREHOG WAS A PANTOMIME, AND IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY.
So, yeah. Somewhere in early december after december 3rd, I'll be posting the animation on youtube. Stay tuned!

He does look awfully complicated @_@ I could never finish a pic of him in one sitting xD And that is why you are his master! Because you own him!(bwahaha bad pun)Now where the hell are these videos, cause I must see your comics in animated form! So mad at myself for not hearing of this before...
