Heh.
Thought I'd never outgrow this place, but that seems to be the case now. There's generally nothing here for me now. The only friends I could say I had here were MrGimp and Flashthehedgehog whose account is gone now, she was enlightened a lot early than I and Gimp. Of course Gimp left too, I don't blame him. He was a great guy, and a fun artist; FAC wasn't the place for him. Without them here though, I don't have no reason to stay.
Other people I have met through this site, I wish you all luck in your lives. Frankyboy, someone I neglected to be a real friend to, got the real picture of how people behave on this site. That's why he's gone and it's a damn good reason. kittyshootingstar was what I believe to be a true artist. She drew as much as she could despite knowing she had limitations and accepted criticism on a mature level. There's over three hundred pictures in her gallery, and unlike a certain Falconlobo, her art showed how much she progressed. She left as well, which isn’t too much of a surprise considering how sensible she was. Scratchthefox, she found artistic freedom somewhere else too. I didn't know her well like I wish I did, but she was a good person as well. I mention these people because I respected them and still do. They deserve it after all.
All I have now to say are the disappointments I've had with this site. There are a lot of whiny, entitled children here that seriously need a reality check. Some months ago I probably wouldn't be saying this because I believed she was just playing around, being a normal teenager, but TheGameArtCritic is one of those kids. Maybe it was her okay art that kept me from talking. Maybe her silly, engaging comments. But after leaving for damn near a year only to find that a person you once called a friend has not improved themselves or their talents in the least bit and clings to a video game character like they were a living, breathing being, all I can say is that this person is not healthy and needs some help. Psychological help, not comments on how breath-taking their emo furry art is. I've only recently learned that people in real life can be bigoted assholes, but I never thought someone that I used to like would turn out to be one. Critic, or slave to Critic who was directed here, if you're reading this, you all need to get off the internet and pursue an art form that is not anime/sonic. You can make a living with art, just not with art that is copyrighted by someone else. You can make comic books and manga and be professional, but you also need a life to do that and the web is sucking that life up. And it's OKAY to like other things that are not Sonic. Nintendo is not the devil nor is any other video game company. They all just happen to stick with a rigid format and make success off of that; some people just don’t like change and will buy things that stay true to that. I know you've seen the Sonic 4 and Sonic Colors trailers. You probably have doodles for both of them just waiting to be scanned and uploaded. Just please stop being so biased about you're precious idol. It's okay to like Sega, but it's not okay to judge people who think differently than you. I still like Sega and I like how they try to be different when it comes to their games, but it's very easy to go over the edge when trying to gain an audience for a new game with completely new game play. Werehog is not for everyone despite what the ERSB says. I'm not judging you just to let you know, because I know you're thinking that right now. I'm trying to get through that hard-headed skull you grew while you've been on FAC. You were such a nice girl in the beginning and now you're on FAC's page for Encyclopedia Dramatica. What the hell happened to you Critic?
Anyway, this is it for me. I'm deleting all my art because I'm paranoid someone else wants to trace it and get popular with it. Ha, of all the memories I could leave this place with, it's a memory of the popularity contests here. If you didn't draw something that wasn't from Japan, you could just walk out the door because FAC is about fan art. frack original content! Fan art is in the site's title dammit; who would have thought everyone here wants to see FAN ART! Now I'm ranting and that's no good. So I'll just leave this here and hope people get a clue.

Wow.
Um.
Harsh, dude. :/
Now, I know you're probably never going to visit your page again, but I shall post this anyways: What you wrote on your profile, despite your best efforts to not let it do so, actually kind of hurt my feelings.
Also, it's somewhat false. :U
I refuse to allow this to get to me, though. Gosh darnit, I can DO this! Sniff.
So now, an explanation as to why these things are (even though, once again, you probably won't ever read this);
"But after leaving for damn near a year only to find that a person you once called a friend has not improved themselves or their talents in the least bit and clings to a video game character like they were a living, breathing being, all I can say is that this person is not healthy and needs some help."
I enjoy Sonic, true, but I don't "cling". This is physically impossible, as he is made of pixals and polygons. :P I'm a fan, but I'm definitely not crazy. In that way. The reason why I seem to be SO defensive of the franchise (not just the character) is because of all the crap I get for being a fan in the FIRST place (not just from the internet, mind you, I get it from my own dad!) I feel as if people don't appreciate the true art of the series, which bothers me.
"not comments on how breath-taking their emo furry art is"
Yeah! Damnit, I'm begging for some real critiques!
"if you're reading this, you all need to get off the internet and pursue an art form that is not anime/sonic."
Ah, see, this is the part where I point out that you don't actually KNOW me in real life. That is the flaw in this. For sites, I choose EXACTLY what I should, and should NOT post. For FAC, I mostly post... well, fanart. For deviantart, I try to dodge AROUND fanart, as that is NOT what Deviantart is meant to be used for. The truth about my work is, if I could, I would. Post it, I mean. I don't have a scanner large enough for my REAL work, and I don't want to shoot a picture of it, as it will only come out in a bad quality. I post Sonic work to please the Sonic fans - this doesn't mean I don't have a life. I do some professional work, some of which actually caught the attention of another site (though I am anonymous for the most part, I still leave my signature: http://fidgit.com/archives/2010/05/rude_gameware_demonstrates_wha.php
Furthermore, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing videogames with my little sister, and playing tennis with my dad.
"Nintendo is not the devil nor is any other video game company."
Why yes, I quite enjoy things other than Sonic, and I am quite fond of LoZ:TP. ;D Honestly, if you've got a Brawl code, we should totally play together sometime.
"You probably have doodles for both of them just waiting to be scanned and uploaded."
Actually, I normally don't post sketchbook pages, which are filled with stylized versions of people that I saw on my vacation, and tons of fun monsters - and WEREWOLVES! :D
"Just please stop being so biased about you're precious idol."
I'm biased because I like Sonic? :/
"but it's not okay to judge people who think differently than you"
Ohhh. No, I only judge people who troll me about liking Sonic. ;D
"You were such a nice girl in the beginning and now you're on FAC's page for Encyclopedia Dramatica. What the hell happened to you Critic?"
Well, once upon a time there was a troll who knew one of my friends here in real life. This troll decided to toy with said-friend's feelings, and backstab her. I didn't like this. He b'awww'd at me for calling SSBB a party game, and decided to post that page on ED (which non one actually reads) in order to name drop me, and whatnot. It's complicated, but you WOULDN'T KNOW because you weren't here for forever.
