lolwut? This came out of my DSi slower than it was on screen. Derp :/
So here's Bob. He... got attacked by a flying rock after yelling at the thrower. Bob and I go WAAAYYY back. I invented him in 4th grade, and he developed into this... uncontrolable... monster...
What have I done?
The program I used is FREE. It can be downloaded at the DSi Shop. Trust me - if you're into animation, this is SO fun.

Funny, friend at school started bugging me about a picture of stick figure...THAT IS INCIDENTALLY NAMED BOB.
Take her to court I say :3 And I had no idea DSi had programs, especially one that can animate. Nintendo is being thoughtful for once. Too bad I am lazy and content with my old, water-logged DS xD It's one of the first things I've bought completely with my own monies, I just can't get rid of it~

i dunno, just practice, i guess XDdude, if you havent already, GO ON FLIPNOTE HATENA. there are like, the most AMAZING sonic flipnotes EVUH. coincidentally, did you notice the only available colors are blue, black and red? :3
