Claire: Not that I can see. There might be some in the back.

Mia: *nods* I'm on it. *goes farther into the store*

Claire: Be careful...!

Walter: I'll follow you in, Mia. Claire, why don't you guard the door?

Claire: *nods* Mhm. *heads back around to the front*

Mia: *waits for Walter to join her before continuing*

Walter: *Looks in the back with Mia* Hmm... I think I see a box of bottled water over there, actually! :D

Claire: *waits, shooting the occasional zombie* ...

Infected: *was hiding behind a shelf and comes out to bite Walter's shoulder from behind*

Mia: AAAH! D8 HOLD STILL--! *shoots the zombie off of him*

Claire: *can hear the yelling from the front* --!!

Walter: *Even with the zombie dead, he is is still panicked and yelling, grabbing at his bitten shoulder*

Mia: WALT, SHH--w-we'll come back for the water later, we have to get back to the safehouse! D8

Claire: *calls over* What's going on over there??

Walter: *ignores Claire* NO! No, no no, w-we can't risk letting me j-just come back to the safe house! What if I'm not immune?? D8>

Mia: And what if you are?? We'll deal with that later, let's GO...!

Claire: *more loudly* GUYS??

Walter: *He's panicking and upset, but he quickly heads out of the back room, a hand over his shoulder, where he was bitten* Oh god, oh GOD...

Claire: *as they approached* What happened?

Mia: Walter got bitten--we need to get back to the safehouse!

Claire: Is he immune?

Mia: W-We don't know. D:>

Harry: ... So. That's it, then?

Walter: What's it?

Harry: ... You're just... letting yesterday go?

Walter: Well, 'Arry, you've got another chance to prove to me that you're not crazy.

Mia: *comes back with a tin of crackers, munching on one loudly* ?

Walter: ... If you snap and do something like that again, though... I'll have to deal with you.

Harry: Deal with me?

Walter: The same way I've dealt with every other person who's tried attacking me. *gives him a pleasant smile*

Key: *unconsciously moves closer to Harry* ...

Claire: *narrows her eyes at Walter* ...

Walter: Well, I'm fine. Are you about done, Mia? We really should head out before it gets too late. :)

Mia: Yeah, yeah I'm almost done. *stuffs a cracker in her mouth then sets the can aside to go grab her gun*

Walter: *Waits patiently for Mia* ... :)

Harry: *avoids looking at Walter* ...

Key: *shoots a worried glance at Harry*

Mia: *comes back with her gun* Ready! ^^

Walter: Key, maybe give 'Arry some Prozac while we're out. It didn't work yesterday, but maybe it takes a while.

Claire: *returns* I'm ready.

Mia: Then let's GO~

Walter: *Heads out with the others in search of water. Walter buttons up his coat, then slices a zombie in half*

Mia: *shoots at a small group around the corner* Do we know where we're going?

Claire: *conserving ammunition* I remember seeing a convenience store down the street, want to try that first?

Walter: May as well, though by now it might have been cleared out by other survivors. *slashes another zombie, opening it up across the middle* Lead the way, Claire.

Claire: *nods, and runs ahead, clearing a path through the street*

Mia: *stays close, not really wanting to be picked off by a special*

Walter: ... I hear a lot of incoming infected. What set them off? Or did they just randomly go ballistic?

*A horde of fifteen infected charges at them*

Claire: *shoots at them* Sometimes they just go wild for no reason other than hearing people around.

Mia: D:!! *also shoots at them*

Walter: *With a sleepy smile, he nuzzles Mia*

Key: *wakes up, only slightly sore from her position on the floor. she sleepily looks over at Harry, and smiles a bit upon seeing him asleep*

Walter: *Is not. He lightly kisses Mia, then sits up*

Key: *leans back against the couch with a small sigh, feeling a little hungry. she spots the jar of peanut butter on the ground from the day before, and snatches it up, eager to get something in her stomach*

When my father came back, he used the house key she gave him to enter her house as a surprise visit. She said he got her some flowers and a card, and a little gift certificate for the movies, and there SHE was doing... things... With her new boyfriend. According to her, my father was the 'sweetest, most gentle thing she had ever met', and she drove a stake right through his heart.

Harry: *He suddenly picks himself up, off the couch, and takes a few powerful, MENACING steps toward Walter*

Harry: *swings his arm at Walter*

Walter: *gets his katana ready in self defense*

Harry: *grabs Walter's throat with enough force to cause the smaller man to stumble a bit before Harry pulls him upright. He lifts Walter slightly with that arm, enough to force him onto his toes, but with the lack of energy and blood loss he's suffered from, this is all Harry can do*

Claire: D:!!! *immediately pulls out her pistol, though she isn't quite sure that she'd do with it--she wasn't willing to shoot either of them*

Mia: !!! *gets up as soon as Harry grabs Walter by the neck, more than ready to wrench the taller man away from him*

Key: *had also gotten up, and holds an arm out to stop Mia before stepping past her, and towards Harry, trying to keep herself from lashing out the same way Mia nearly did--though the desperation still shows through her expression and her voice* H-Harry, you don't have to do this, there's no reason for you to hurt each other right now...! Walter: *Let's out a tiny, choked gasp, still tightly clutching his katana, but seemingly hesitating to use it on Harry*

Harry: *He glances at Key for a moment, then back at Walter. His arm is shaking from his victim's weight. Harry gives Walter a pleasant smile. The kind a murderer would give his next target* ... Don't mention Todd ever again. Don't COMPARE yourself to Todd ever again. *He drops Walter*

Walter: *He stumbles a bit away from Harry, taking in air desperately*

Harry: *glares at the Brit*

Mia: ! *takes the opportunity to run over to Walter* Are you okay? D:>

Key: *takes Harry by the wrist and tugs him away slightly, back towards the couch and AWAY from the others*

Claire: *relaxes a bit, putting her pistol back in her holster* ...

Harry: *continues to glare at Walter, even when he's pulled away from everyone else*

Key: *gently sits him down on the couch, though her tone is far from gentle* What was that? D:>

Walter: *mutters angrily under his breath, rubbing his neck as he's led away*

Key: Eheh... I feel like you're not giving us enough credit.

Harry: No. You can't save me and yourselves.

Walter: Because the others probably need us.

Key: Yes we can--we already did.

Claire: ...

Harry: ... We're not in the Safe Zone YET...

Walter: Well, you know... 'Arry might be talking about death and dying again. If I'm going to serve my proper place as the comedy relief, I may as well start working early. <:P *he gets out of the bed, stretches, then heads over to the other part of the store*

Key: But we're not TOO far... and Claire knows how to get there...

Claire: ...

Mia: mf, guess you're right. <:P *gets up, and follows him over*

Harry: ... Every second outside a safehouse is dangerous...

Walter: *walks over and greets them* 'Ello, people. Ready to greet the day with smiles and whatnot?

Harry: ...

Walter: That's alright, we've got the right stuff to MAKE you smile, 'Arry. ;D We can give you another day of rest before that, though.

Key: Is it really a good idea to give him that stuff?

Mia: It's better than letting him sit and mope around all day. :I

Walter: *Asleep*

Harry: *He looks up and over at Claire when he sees her approach them. He gives her a small wave, not wanting to wake Key up*

Claire: *waves back, and keeps her voice low* Hungry?

Key: *asleep*

Mia: *asleep*

Harry: *Whispers back* ... A little.

Walter: *asleep*

Claire: *nods, and goes to the back of the store to grab something, being careful not to disturb the others*

Mia: *asleep*

Key: *stirs, not quite awake yet* mm...

Harry: *Looks over at Key and notices her stirring* !

Walter: *sleeps*

Key: *drowsily looks up at Harry, still somewhat asleep, and smiles a bit* hey...

Mia: *asleep*

Claire: *sifting through the storage*

Harry: *Quietly, smiling a little at her* ... Hey. How'd you sleep?

Walter: *asleep*

Key: Pretty decently... *briefly turns away to yawn, then thumps her head back against the side of the couch* You?

Mia: *asleep*

Claire: *comes back with a jars of peanut butter and a jar of nutella* ?

Harry: ... Okay, I guess. *He looks over at Claire* ... Oh. Hey again.

Walter: *asleep*

Claire: Hello. *to Key* Good morning. *hands her a jar of peanut butter, and does the same for harry, keeping the last jar for herself. she directs her attention back to Harry* How are you feeling?

Key: *takes the jar, and immediately starts eating out of it*

Mia: *asleep*

Harry: *Unscrewing the lid of the jar* ... Still kinda tired... And my whole front is sore.

Walter: *Asleep*

Claire: Do you want me to get you some painkillers?

Key: *eats*

Mia: *sleeps*

Harry: *Gives her a pained smile* That'd be nice, yeah. Thank you.

Walter: *Waking up* ...?

Claire: *goes to dig through the backpack for the pills*

Key: *eats*

Mia: *is still asleep. she snuggles a bit closer when Walter moves*

Harry: *he eats some peanut butter as best as he can* ...

Walter: *He smiles at this and snuggles back*

Key: ... *leans her head back a bit to slightly rest against Harry's shoulder* ...

Claire: *pulls out the pill bottle, and pops a few out to hand them to Harry*

Mia: *smiles a little in her sleep*

Harry: *smiles when Key does this, then takes the pills from Claire* ... Thank you. *scoops them up with some peanut butter and uses that to swallow the pills*

Walter: *Lightly kisses Mia's forehead*

Claire: Mhmm. *opens up her own jar and eats*

Key: *closes up hers and sets it down on the ground next to her, closing her eyes and resting against Harry for a bit*

Mia: mm..? *drowsily nuzzles him*
