i understand the situation but unfortunatly I dont know what to say..
what i will say is i sure do hope he calls you he shouldent make you wait and worry like this. and if he dosent reach you he better leave a nice long message for you and call back soon ( and not wait so frikkin long :( )

well this what I think if you feel happy, good beyond just "oh that was nice"( or something like that)just having you spirit brought up by being around, talking to, ect
then yes that could be love
