Oh I hate when that happens. I wish I could save things as PNG but my computer is older than I am and doesn't even know what a PNG is. I can email it to you as a BMP though, if that would help? You can PM with with your email if you'd prefer that. Let me know! :3

Eh, it's fine, I solved the problem... but when you're saving it, there should be a "PNG" option on the file format drop-down window. It's basically a smaller file that looks like a BMP.

LoL nope not on this ancient computer. I can save it as a three different types of BMP, a JPEG or a GIF. XD Like I said, this computer is older than I am.
