Trinity_FireAh, just Prang colored pencils for this. XD Um, it's all a matter of how you color... using multiple layers of coloring really helps to make the colors stand out more, and like, for example, different shades; I color my black with purple as an underlying layer, then black. :) Stuff like that. :)

I love the lettering and the blue/purple has just the right effect inm tying the picture together.

Luxthis is lovely :) i like the hair and eyes very much. im in no way an artist, but when you posted that tutorial of yours, i actually had a look through it bc i was interested in your style :) i do so love your use of colours. yay to you XD
