Well, I like the colors. And the girl's pose is good. However, I suggest that you take some time to practice drawing hands, first off. If you're right handed and want to draw a right-hand pose based off your own hand, for example, then use a mirror and draw your left hand. It's the same.
I like the composition of the girl's face. However, if you think about it, the shape of the head doesn't match the positioning of the eyes. And her eyebrows seem to travel from the far side of her face. Do you have eyebrows that long? I hope not. But I also like how you made the lips full. Those look good.
On to the torso. She doesn't really have shoulders, does she? You should think about how the size of humans' heads relate to the size of their shoulders (and of course, this differs from person to person), but it's the same idea. Her neck is also very full. And her right arm bends awkwardly and looks as if it was amputeted or something.
I like the color scheme you chose, but I would have used varying colors for the dress and hair so they didn't fade into the background. And maybe taken a little more time to make sure there weren't white patches in the background.
Overall, this is a pretty good picture. I hope this advice helps you, and you heed it. I look forward to seeing better things from you!
