Just got back from Anime Expo 2003. I got some stuff there, including an artbook for the Saiyuki movie and the movie itself--> Saiyuki: Requiem. Artbook's awesome, since it has a bunch of model sheets, and some more artwork from Minekura-san. ^^<br />

Decided to draw Sanzo, since I haven't drawn him in a long time...well, that and he's just my favorite Saiyuki character : )<br />

I've never seen Saiyuki, I read the manga... Should I watch the anime..? I'd really hate to be missing out on smething that seems so good. :Dx Kori x

I binged on this anime in taiwan even though i didn't understand most of it cuz it was in japanese with chinese subtitles and my chinese is sadly below par, just cuz sanzo was so hot! and he's really hot here too! Wow…Those are some of the most amazing Sanzo sketches I’ve seen. I’ve seen colored art not as spectacular as these. They’re so beautiful they you don’t even need to add any color for them to look wonderful. I hope too see more work as good as these from you.
