I had a bit of free time today so I did this quick sketch of the characters (what i think they look like anyway) from the book MAXIMUM RIDE by James Patterson. I have the first and the second one and I''m hooked with it like my sister on her HP books..hehe
This is just a quickie sketch and i haven''t added their wings yet... anyway, their names are (L-R) : IGGY, GASMAN, FANG, MAX, ANGEL, and NUDGE.
did this in pencil then added a bit color from Paint and Roxio......
you guys should try it, the book is pretty awesome in my opinion!!

Wow, everyone is exactly as I pictured them. Gazzy is so unbelieveabley cute! I love how Iggy is just sort of gazing out into nothing with a little grin. Fang is my favorite besides Gazzy in this pic, just how I imagined him. Max too, you got her personality in the picture, very good. Great picture I guessed who each was before I read the names I was right about all of them! Sweet! I thought Nudge was Latino they said her eyes were brown and her skin was tan it never really stated her race clearly but it said that her hair was dark brown pre makeover not black. Could someone please tell me where it says her race? I gotta know this sorta thing if I'm going to attempt to draw the characters. Scary. That's like exactly how I pictured Fang and Nudge. Great book. This picture is awsome. You did an amazing job. Fang is totally my favorite character. Wow!
