I used Painter's oil brushes and maybe a little bit of tinting brush to color this. Hope that helps a little bit Aang^^

Superior work. It is hard to capture FFVII characters in realisim when we're so used to seeing them anime ^_^

The nose looks a little awkward, but other than that, this is an absolutely great picture! 
i like the highlighting/shading...

I think what's wrong with her nose is that her face is turned at three quarters, but the nose is facing forwards towards the camera. You might want to turn it with the face as well. 
 
Otherwise, very nice, good job. ^^
