Glass Heart

Description

IDK, but this is what I wanted to draw! It was an idea that popped in my head; a merman in a glass heart(with water). A shiny glass heart and a cute guy, so I wanted this to be my Valentine's art!

I still need experience drawing/coloring water(also, on the perception of characters), as you can probably tell... ^^;
None the less, this was very fun to draw~ :D

PS: Oh I nearly forgot to mention, those lines on his side are a concept for gills or something. lol

Ah it's hard to know the internet's(anyone on the internet) intentions, since there's no way of knowing how someone sais something.(whether it's being sarcastic, serious, or just casual)
So it's good to be open to all ideas, and not to get mad too easy. ^^

awww D: you kinda messed up the body structure and pose compared to your mermaid version D; but that's ok,still overall an awesome idea!

I love his accessories,markings,ears,and most of all his tail..excellent..you certainly didn't get lazy with drawing original merpeople :3
