Chii for Chibi

Well, i hope your happy chibi neko. this is the first time i have done any chobits characters. i really dont like chii's hair. its way too confusing. but you just asked for Chii in a fancy dress. hope thats enough folds for ya. i still don't think thats the right color of hair for chii. isn't it like a light color or something? oh well. i only had one picture to go off of. bare with me people.
