I agree with Sawyer on this one, but it's really nice for what it is. Outlines aren't always bad -- but they do detract from realism -- this has a nice illustration look to it.
I like how you let the body just go away instead of feeling the need to extend it to the border of the page. It tells me that when you feel something is finished you let it be finished even if it seems incomplete to other people. That's a good quality.

very nice for a first try at realism. seriously. I'll assume you prefer anime or something. Im alright at cartoons, but its not my thing. Just some advice if you want to do more realism, avoid outlining as much as possible and use shading to sperate different parts of the pic. Excellent first pic though.
