her hair is longer too, but the scanner cut it off.

This needs a lot of work. Your facial structure is to be honest non-existant. Your hands need work too... in fact most of your basic anatomy needs work. With regards on how to resize images what Photoshop-type program you using? Most just click 'Edit', then 'Image size' and then type in how big you want it in pixels.
Finally; BeastGirl? That isn't very original, can't come up with something better than just changing the gender of one of the characters?
Work harder.
