Thank you! I just changed the color, the original is cream, I gave a more yellowish tone to the coat!

Have to admit, he looks a bit unusual wearing trench coat with tuxedo trousers and wielding katana sword at the same time.

One could imagine that's how yakuza members might look like. ;)

Thank you! Aoshi always wears this outfit in the anime, I do not know if it bears any resemblance to the Yakuza group, but Aoshi is the leader of a group called Oniwabanshū!
I do not know if the information proceeds, but in wikipedia we have the information that trace of its design, as well as its personality, would have been inspired in the popular image of a famous real swordsman, Toshizou Hijikata, subcommandante of the Shinsengumi.
