Oh poor dragon! Well I don't like dragons so much, only the big flaked ones, and not so much these...strange...but I think this is well done!About the drop on the eye, it should be a bit down and left; if not, it looks like a LOL in manga style. But anyway you achieved your purpouse, it looks like the dragon is crying.
Good job!
