The rating on this picture is because of what I used it to represent. This picture is for Kuroko8's campaign to raise awareness about trafficking, modern day slavery. I'm going to put some facts here, please read them.

Trafficking of people is modern day slavery involving human beings who are bought, sold, and forced into slave labor and sexual exploitation.

It is estimated that up to 800,000 people are taken from their homes and families and forced across international borders each year, while millions more are trafficked within their own countries. Eighty percent are women and girls.

Victims are often from poor countries and have been deceived by promises of a better life. They are instead violated of their human rights and are enslaved or traded for money, often they are sexually exploited in brothels, strip clubs, massage parlors, or escort services. Human trafficking, however, is not just limited to victims of poverty, and no country is immune.

The high demand all over the world for women and children as sex workers, cheap sweatshop labor and domestic workers has allowed trafficking to continue to grow.

Please help raise awareness of this severe problem and draw a picture of your own! Contact Kuroko8 for more information on this. Please, please take part!! Thank you for letting me know about this Kuroko, it was a pleasure to help you. xx
