Wow. I really love her expression!
*Cough* I do have to disagree with EndlessAsgard on the shading though, I think leaving the white ads a brightness and depth to the picture. And I do it all the time.
The only thing I could say is use more color on the red. Her sking tone is beautiful, but if you used a red-orange on the edge between the red and the white on her clothes it would look more...full, I guess?
Hope you feel better soon!

Very cool! it's very styleistic while still seeming alive. Her face is especially good, she has deep eyes and the shape of her face has real form as opposed to the cleche anime type thing like yugio faces or something like that.
The coloring is very nice too but if you'd like some advice on colored pencils for this one I'd be to fill everything in, or don't use the white of the page to represent the shading values. Do what you did here and then go over it with a lighter shade or even white and blend them together an it will look solid and nice. It's the techneque I use for all my colored pencil drawings. Just a note thought, I only use prisma colores, they're oil based instead of whatever the hell craola or other crappy brands use. Chalk or something i dunno.
Sorry for going off, I do that sometimes but if you fix the shading thing your stuff will be awsoemer than it is now so i thought I'd share :D
