The myths are just fascinating and anyone that hasn't discovered them by now, are just cheating themselves out of some GREAT stories! Thanks!

is it... can it be... SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS INTERESTED IN GREEK/ROMAN MYTHOLOGY!!!!!!
YAAAAAYYYYY!!!
sorry, it's just that whenever i start talking bout achilles, andromeda, Iris, or anyone else in greek mythology for that matter, they roll their eyes and go "yeah, yeah. you've sed it before..."
he was the god who stole Apollo's 20 cows when he was only a toddler, skinned and gutted 2 of them, and made a lyre, using the guts of the cows. and he traded the lyre, so he could become a god and keep apollo's cows.
He's also a god of luck, and is related to Odesseus (did i spell it right?), though distantly. He's the father of Pan (though, some disagree with this) and several others. The Caudeceus was Apollos- yet another thing that was traded; no wonder he's the god of trade!
yeah. i need to get my head out of Mythology books... got given one for my b'day.
so, excuse the ranting- it's a great pic, and i will look at some more of urs shortly!
