Description
OSIRIS: Son of Geb (god of the earth and Nut (goddess of the sky)... Husband to his sister Isis with whom he sired Horus the falcon headed god… Osiris created the seasons and nurtured the earth with plants, granted men the gift of civilization and farming... Seth, his evil jealous brother plotted his death by sealing him in a beautiful chest set adrift down the Nile River... After a long search Isis recovered Osiris’ body, using magic long forgotten, Isis was able to revive Osiris... But yet again! Seth got a hold of his brother, this time scattering his body throughout Egypt... But still long after restored, after his eventual death Osiris became ruler of the underworld and by his side his son Anubis...

Hmm. I read that Anubis was first the god of the underworld, but then gave the title to Osiris when he came in. I dunno, that's the version I always knew and kinda kept with! Besides, wasn't Horus his son, because of the magic Isis used to have Osiris alive for one night? You made Osiris look so powerful in here! Awsome!

Thank you for your feed back! Despite my extensive research where the Myths are concern, I do know that all the stories may varied, but the interpretations I go with are the ones that intrique me the most!
