Purple granite king

Description

Fun but very time consuming drawing. Was convinced at first that I had ruined the drawing by going to deep with the purple but stuck it out anyway. In the end I feel the purple saturation was a good call. The referance photo for the peak was not that purple.

I feel the added purple to the cliff made the picture look professionally photoshoped! The colors blend so well! Such a knack of soft shading to make the shape of the piece pop out. You are a coloring master!

Thanks man. Yea, I had a photo for the elk and then a different photo for the peak, the mid ground I kinda made up.
