This is Perry she is Riooty's cousin and Kaname &Tenchi's daughter.I changed her a little because I used to draw her with 2 different hairstyles so I just fused them together.Her is a small bio on her:

First name is really Persephone but goes by Perry.
She is one of the princess's of her planet and so she acts regal and well behaved.Her cousin Riooty attempted to kidnap her and hold her for ransom,but Perry wouldnt shut up so Riooty attempted to use a spell to keep her quite and the spell backfired....causing a spilt personality how is lets just say not very bright and clumsy,but the side only comes out if her locket (her mother gave her)is off of her.

Her personality is trickstir (mostly derected towards Riooty or her guard Iduu),mature,silly(at times),cute,loveable,she is also really stubborn.
