I did this last month on MS Paint.....usin a mouse,n it took half an hour.......I think it turned out alrite but,after my mum praised me 4 it she scolded me 4 not usin PhotoShop instead.......

You're pretty good at Paint if you just started drawing it with the mouse.I could never get anything to go the way I wanted it too, but then I found out I could trace over a picture already drawn and then erase the rest and color it in.
When I tried it that way, it turned out pretty good. It was also my attempt at trying a chibi character... the chibi part didn't come out as good.
(I also bought Photoshop and found out I could do the same thing in it! I'm so lucky... ^_^)
