Description

This piece was made for my college magazine Shifa-2013 as the cover.The concept is death on the left side and a doctor on the right side holding a shaft (the international sign of medicine) and I think you can figure out the rest ;)The ultimate power ofcourse holds with Allah almighty, a doctor only acts as a bridge.Sketched with set of HB, H and B pencils. Few final touch ups in photoshop. Time: 3-5 hrs.

Lovely work. I really enjoy your cross-hatched shading style, and the lighting, and the sense of movement with Death's robes and the cloud of power around the doctor. I notice the doctor has a scar above his eye. Is it leftover from a previous battle?
