we were going over how to make brushes on photoshop and i thought, LOL it would be funny to make a lightning brush and just like, stampt it everywhere with a million different colors, so i started playing around with it ^^

photoshop. do you want a step-by-step?

yes please ^^ if it'll take a while, you dont have to

its real easy. open a photoshop file in RGB format, then draw whatever it is you want to turn into a brush in the file in BLACK AND WHITE. if you wanna turn a pic into a brush, just paste it into photoshop and make it grayscale, then put it back in RGB. then, go to the select menu and click "all". then there's a button in the edit menu i think, called define brush preset or something like that, and click it. name the brush and hit enter, and your pic will become a brush that you can resize, reshape, and change colors ^^
