my first sculpture :D this is a life size replica of the AK-47
don't let the picture fool you. this thing is MASSIVE. this thing is made entirely out of spent shell casings, and hot glue. it weighs in at around 40 POUNDS and has an estimated 500 shells. it's so heavy, that only my, and a few other people in my class can even hold it lol. i also made a bi-pod for it as well, but it's not in this picture. i will submit a picture of it from a different angle.
everyone in my class is drooling over this thing, i wonder if you guys will....lol ^^
p.s. this a tribute to soldiers, cuz every one of those shells represents a person signing their lives away for our freedom.

thank you so much! :D in fact thank you all for this sudden burst of feedback. besides falconlobo, i rarely get any comments from anybody at all anymore! i'm glad people are still paying attention to me at least a little bit on this site. now i have more incentive to keep finishing pieces as fast as i can so i can post them here *^-^*for those who give so much, two weeks of working on this is the least i can do.
