I know this picture is considered plagiarism, and I'm against it too, but the thing is...
Flaming the poster isn't exactly gonna solve anything; plus you look immature for doing so.
My suggestion is that you remove this picture immediately or face the consequences...
Even if you don't know how to scan in your work-- don't post someone else's. If you needed help in that area, you should have asked someone in the forums.
But I'll actually say something useful...
1. You need a scanner to scan in your works, or a webcam or digital camera if your computer has a USB drive.
2. There should be a scanner at your local library... but to upload a picture, it must be saved on your harddrive and I don't think that the libraries would let you do that.
3. Option 3: get a friend to do it. When my scanner was broken, I had a friend scan my work in for me. ^_^
4. Obviously you know how to upload a picture, so we won't go into detail about that.
5. Remember to optimize it... those with Dial-Up don't want to sit around for five minutes waiting for a .bmp to load when a much smaller file size .jpg would suffice-- without much quality loss, either.
