do you have a scanner? if not then you could draw on paint:) after your done click save as, and where it says " Save as type:" click on the arrow and click

JPEG(*.JPG,*.JPEG,*.JPE,*.JFIF)

AND THEN HIT SAVE:) then go to fanart click Add Fanwork in the left corner then click Upload a picture from my computer

then click browes find your pic and it'l tell you what else to do :)
