Could you tell me where you found out that Beorn is Beren? not to doubt your veracity, but I've read a LOT of Tolkien without running into that, although I do remember a "Beor" minus the "N" being in Beren's family tree. If you can remember where you found that fact, please tell me so I can go read about it, because it would be pretty cool if Beren were still alive! :)

Ezeta-the-HammethThat Beorn is strange, a little small, I don't know. But I like it. Now I can't remember much of what I read of the Hobbit long ago, the Dragon Smaug is the best I can remember. That dragon was really cool, wasn't it?
