Pretty simple, I just wanted to make a tribute to one of my all-time favourite cartoon characters.

I'll submit a similiar picture I drew of Stimpy tomorrow (I've passed my 3 picture limit, poop.)

I used to LOVE that show when I was little...then I got really tired of it and started hating it...and then I started liking it again :D Anyway, I love your lineart-if I had to do lineart to save my life, I'd most likely die :P
