Description

this is a 30" by 44" charcoal and conte drawing of myself...i did it for my drawing foundations final project...i think it turned out pretty sweet but lemme know.

That's REALLY REALLY good! I don't know how you people can make it look exactly like it was a photo! Every time I do a portrait of some kind, mine always look....less-real. LoL. Oh and I just noticed you were drawing yourself in the picture! HA! Cool idea! (sorry i'm a bit slow heh heh)

I think that it turned out very nice and flawless.To be able to draw like that, to control eye and hand combined in one, that's pretty hard.Most people draw what they think, not what they see, when drawing real things.This technique, the one with "drawing with your eye" was very popular among great artists in the reinassance.
