Tuh-huh-holy crap! Is that a real hand? Sure looks it, man. I LOVE the effects amd the way the black mouth looks cut into the flesh with the white teeth and the red blood dripping (please excuse the color talk I am in art classes and they took over my mind) and I love the teeth OMG this is faved!
