Here's Misty at age 19 in her Sapharic Region clothes.
About Misty’s Wardrobe: Dressed a lot more conservative then May, Misty’s outfit sports the main wardrobe colors she had in her previous outfits; red, yellow and blue. I designed it to both look sexy and at the same time, respectable. The fact that it causes her to appear to be a mermaid was a complete accident, but thankfully, it worked out rather well.
Done with sharpies. BG added with GIMP.
