Government Snacks

So... this is Kai. Yes. They're both Kai. Kai Winseye is a character of mine who a Governor (of what, I'm not sure), but, in his spare time, he works as a waiter. The problem--no one recognizes him as the Governor when he is a waiter--his clipped back hair and somewhat feminine-ish behavior causes them to see him as a different person who happens to share the name Kai with the Governor and have the same colored eyes and hair.

So far, with my little story, I've only done small comics relating to things that happen when he is working as a waiter--the most common being that people think he is gay (thus, these short comics are called GaiKai). I'll post those later.
