Faeren and the Mistress of Illusion, the embodiment of the Forest that shelters and imprisons him. She holds and guards him like a jealous lover while he sleeps, but during the day she appears to him only as a little golden-white creature. He calls her Snoots and considers her a pet, but I think perhaps the opposite is true…

I had to force myself to work on this slowly, 2-4 hours every couple days so I wouldn’t torture my wrist. It’s taken the past two weeks to complete, and I haven’t ground so many pencils’ guts onto paper since “Awakening”… Only Faeren can persuade me to devote so much time to foliage…and he does it every time. *sigh* XD
