this is the first picture in this series where i put a bit of 'oomph' into, and i think its okay.. i guess owo;

in the pokemon games the Psychic gym leader is usually this antisocial, self consious emo girl who never smiles and is convincd they'll never be defeated..so i decided to draw the opposite.
