I think her name is Rhianne from Tokyo Mew Mew
Ed from Cowboy Bebop!
Ok for those of you who do not know Tiffy she is awesome and is the creator of Wauko Sauko, R.I.P and the highly anticipated Bishie Circus ^ ^ her name on FAC is thomast67 and if you havent seen her work i suggest you get down there right now and look! I hope there is a character on this page that you like tiffy!
