I really love the eyes!The expression itself is quite well done because the grin and eyes emphasize each other.
I also like the realistic messiness of the hair.
The shape of the face is also quite nice.
The mediums you used compliment each other well.
When I first saw the title, I was thinking of Invader Zim XDD!
