first things first.....sorry for the cheesy idea.... I have had a craving to do this pic in a really long time, especially since care bears seem to have come back... I personally think it came out really well....even on the computer...well, there may and may not be a collection of...shal I say, Disfunctional carebears to come...depends on the success of stoner bear...

Even for being a cheezy and done-before idea, the artistic style and value gets across just fine. The hair and fuzziness is noticable and well-done, and the drug-inspired references all come across in a sensible fashion. The multi-color outlining is pretty cool too. :)Although, I don't understand why he has a tail... Bears don't have tails, I believe, and if they do it probably isn't that long... o_O
