It's Jazmine Dubois from the Boondocks =3
I like the cartoon-- yeah... 3
This is her probably during late spring-summer, just chillin' at her home waiting for her daddy to come back. Also jammin' to some unknown tunes on her Nano (o0o0o iPod) =] . She's worried because it's been 3 minutes past the time he said he was gonna be arriving him, and she thinks that he's been kidnapped by terrorists XD;but he's actually stuck in traffic.
Poor kid...her parents probably reads her the headline news every night for bedtime stories...most likely reads the tramatic news reports to her too! o_0 (No wonder she's so worried-- a lot. ~_~; )
