I dunno what it is about her but I love it ^_^ To those of you who don't know, this is Numbuh 86. She's sexist and has a cool northern accent :P If anyone has any pictures of her pleeease send em to meh!! I have found a big fat zero :(<br />
Oh right, method. Drawn by hand while watching Operation END, then scanned in and colored in Paint Shop Pro 6 and text and effects were done in Paint Shop Pro 7.

Northern accent? O_o The accent sounds Irish to me *looks a little shell-shocked* and the Irish accent would go with the hair colour and the bad-temper... we Irish typically have red hair and bad temper ^_^;

On the pic, it's very good. I've never quite grasped computer colouring to the level you've shown here, but I'm trying to teach myself. ^_^;
