Heheheh I love this guy...! The most infamous theif in the galaxy his name Roscoe Rudyard. I made this guy up years ago..its funny though hes almost exactly like Alex...incarnation maybe?;D There are a few minor differences though, He uses technology to fool and evade his pursuers. He loves to thumb his nose at play the game of cat and mouse with the the PC squad, A band of futuristic cops. Hes a dead shot with a pistol, but could never bring himself to kill anyone. He probably would have never been caught if he hadn't foolishly fallen in love with a policewoman named "Hythena" and let his guard down.<br />

Roscoe lives in a futuristic setting with flying cars and space travel has become an everyday thing. Its almost impossible to sink his happy go lucky charm and yes he is a womanizer. <br />

He ends up becoming a cop because of his tech genius was valued, he serves under his beloved Hythena. He always is trying to push it by stealing things and flirting with her to test her resolve.;D Hythena the hyena is lax on him just scolds him or claims she likes Dally the Dalmation a hard nosesd cop on her team. Dally hates Roscoe thinks he should have remained behind bars...!
