Radical Highway Verses mode!(contest poster!)

Okay this is the poster For the MS paint only contest! yay! Radical Highway with Krackle and Bolt! My favorite level ever! Next Final Rush and Crazy gadget.
Rules:
1.Must be done in MS Paint no touch ups in other fancy programs!(but if you have another program you can resize and save as a Jpeg there to optimiize the quality. but use no effects or tools from the other program otherwise.)( I won't take off for pixely looks if saved on MS Paint.)
2. Start with a blank bitmap. Can use tabelets, mouses or optical mouses( What I use, hand falls off.);D
3. Must have a backround, even if its just a one color or shapes, Don't want white unless its snow. Okay? I don't want to see photo backrounds either.
4. Don't flame anyones work including your own, It just bugs me when people say "it looks like crap but here it is" For pete's sake if your entering a contest do your best!;) If it looks like crap to you then keep trying as I would say, it will get better!
5.Do give credit to other people if you use their characters in it.
Things I like: Realistic backrounds! scenery interactive with the character! Interaction between characters, humor, drama, suspense, well planned scenes! lots of intricate shading, things that look 3-D And ACTION! I LOVE Action!;D

Subject matter: Anything you want! Cause I'm sure people are sick of being typecast by requests from the holidays! You can do art work any rating I don't mind, but its not like I like smut so I doubt it would help you any if you do something disgusting. note: Its best to do things I know of or like, but to each their own!;D
other things: if you need an extension in the dead line drop me a line. IF and only IF you don't have acess toMS paint I will allow inked and colored pencil scans, but the main point is to use MS Paint like I always use it on my artwork and to learn something!

Pointers: Start kinda big scale it down later if need be! Look up ideas for MS Backround on the internet as suggestion, I do it all the time! You may ask my advice on techiques but its all up to you how you use it or if you use it. Undo only works 3 times on Ms paint. Edit colors is your best friend, the eyedropper too! Start with Bitmap not JPEG. Okay maybe I'm babying you guys too much....;) Don't throw in the towel if someone really good enters, like Pinky ect.;D Have Fun, show me what you got!;D

I may add other things to the prize list, but its 4:30 am now and I can't think clearly.

I'm not taking requests until the contest is over, but then I'll probably have requests from the winners! Oh I forgot before you may enter two in the contest! but you should probably concentrate on one and make it the best.;)
